David Hodge (Managing Director) - David started working at Ribble Fuel Oils in 1985, joining the family business, starting from the ground-up, sweeping the yard and driving trucks, to becoming Managing Director in 1994.  During this time David has also held the role; President of the Federation of Petroleum Suppliers and is now the North-West Regional Director.

Mark Powell (General Manager) - Mark joined  the team in January 2012.  Mark is our South West Sales Engineer as well as Sales Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the ssales team. Mark has over 10 years experience in sales of oils and lubricants, and handles sales and technical enquiries, and if required visits customer sites to discuss specific needs.

Ian Broughton BSc (Project Manager)  - Ian joined the business in 1978 after 7 years studying and working in London. He took over the role of managing director from his father Rex in the mid 1980's. From April 2007 when Broughton Lubricants joined forces with Hermon Hodge Ltd, Ian has headed up the lubricants division. Please contact Ian for technical advice on the use of lubricating oils and greases.

John Williams (Technical Sales Engineer) - John joined in July 2009 with a wealth of experience in the sale of oils and lubricants, when we acquired the Mersyside based lubricant company, Ormskirk Oils. John has over 40 years experience in the sale of oils and lubricants. John handles sales and technical enquiries and if required visits customer sites to discuss specific needs.

William Scott (Technical Sales Engineer) -Bill joined the company at beginning of 2014, and is the sales engineer for Scotland. Bill has worked in Manufacturing, Oil, Gas, Power Generation, and Precision Engineering since 2008.  Bill handles sales and technical enquiries, and if required customer site visits, to determine requirements.

Simon Rayner (Business Development Manager) - Simon joined us in November 2014 from a market leading manufacturer of Metal Decorating and Coating Equipment, supplying new machines, spare parts, upgrades and technical support globally.  Simon will be covering the north of England, handling technical enquiries and visiting customer sites.

Howard Orson (Technical Sales Engineer) - joined the company in July 2015, and is Account Manager for South East England. Howard has over 40 years experience in the sale of  all types of Industrial lubricants, including Metal Pre-treatment Chemicals.  Howard has  worked at BP, Castrol,  and Q8oils.  Howard  deals with Technical Enquiries, and visits Customer Sites.

Stephen Gorton (Technical Sales Engineer) - Stephen recently joined the company in February 2018, his previous role was a Fluid Power Coordinator within a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company, with customers in the rail, food & beverage, chemical processing, general engineering and nuclear industries. Prior to that Stephen was in the Army as a Royal Engineer. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with my wife and 2 daughters, and is a big Liverpool football fan.

John Spencer (Technical Sales Engineer) - joined recently jopined the company in February 2018, and is Account Manager for the East of England. John has worked as a  solutions / productivity improvement based sales rep for almost 20 years. He has worked in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport, Food & Bev and Construction industries. John is passionate about Rugby and supporting his Daughter in her Rugby playing career.

Samantha Jenkins (Marketing Manager) - Sam joined us in October 2014, and will be working on a range of projects, including the website, promotions, exhibitions, merchandise, plus any other marketing requests.  Sam’s previous experience has been in a range of B2B marketing roles from construction to manufacturing.

John Gardner (Customer Service Manager) - John joined the company in 2004, he heads up the company's customer service team and is primarily responsible for customer support, John manages a wide variety of international accounts, liaising and organising all freight and logistics and ensuring the products reach their final destination.

Kurtis Robinson (Stock Control & Sales Support) - Kurtis joined us in September 2014, from CCI Eurolam.  Kurtis manages the stock deliveries from suppliers and despatches from the warehouse, as well as assisting the customer service team. In his spare time Kurtis is a keen footballer and supporter of Newcastle United.

Stuart Nicholls (Customer Service) - Stuart joined us in January 2017. Prior to this he lived and worked in Spain running his excursion business, and is a proficient Spanish speaker, which is good for any of our Spanish speaking customers. A former motorcycle racer, Stuart served his time as a motor vehicle technician, and has a wide range of experience in the motor industry.  Stuart Nicholls

Kayley Best (Customer Service) - Kayley joined the company in August 2016. Her role is to take orders from new and existing customers, set up new accounts, and liaise with the team to ensure a smooth customer journey. Previously experience as an Account Manager for Nite Crest.

Roman Marshall (Customer Service) - Roman joined the company recently in March 2018 and is part of the customer service team. He previously worked for 5 years in the Telecommunications industry as a Senior Sales Executive. Roman is an avid comic book collector and boasts a collection of over 3000 comics!

Philip Hornby (Warehouse Manager) - Philip is the longest serving member of the team, (apart from the boss), working for the company for 27 years.  Phil is responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse, goods in, stock control along with distribution of all UK deliveries.
